What I Eat in a Week
Need some meal inspiration? Here’s what a week of meals looks like for me.
This list does not include any snacks that I may have had throughout the day. Please make sure you are listening to your body and drinking plenty of water! I am not a dietitian. This also isn’t the healthiest week of eating, but that’s okay, too! This wasn’t a bad week of eating by any means. Food is fuel, don’t beat yourself up for fueling your body.
Saturday
B: Sourdough banana muffin (recipe from Little Spoon Farm)
L: Sushi
D: Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and ice cream (cause treat yo self)
Sunday
B: Another muffin
L: Cheeseburger and animal-style fries from In-N-Out
*We had a late lunch this day and weren’t hungry for dinner.
Monday
B: Breakfast sandwiches
L: Mushroom risotto from Trader Joe’s
D: Salmon with Kale and Broccoli Quinoa and Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday
B: Hash brown and an egg
L: Leftover kale and broccoli quinoa
D: Chipotle bacon melt from Panera Bread
Wednesday
B: Oatmeal
L: Nachos
D: Pasta
Thursday
B: Cereal
L: Cheetos Mac’n Cheese (this was nasty, y’all)
D: Air fryer chicken nuggets and fries
